Leadership Experience That Goes Beyond Theory
Before becoming a coach, Jim served in senior leadership roles where he led start-ups, growing enterprises, mature organizations, and turnaround situations. He understands the weight of executive responsibility because he has carried it himself.
Jim is a former EOS Professional Implementer, Lean Master, and Six Sigma Black Belt. While he no longer serves as an EOS Implementer, that experience continues to inform his practical, disciplined approach to leadership, strategy, and execution.
What sets Jim apart isn’t a framework or methodology. It’s his discernment. He knows when to push, when to pause, and how to help leaders move forward with confidence. He is known for telling clients what they need to hear, not simply what they want to hear, while maintaining a calm, thoughtful, and kind presence.
Kind, not nice. Clear, not complicated.
